Terms and Conditions
BATHURST GOLF CLUB
- For all functions that require bar services, a $200 holding deposit will be charged at the time of booking. For conferences and business meetings that do not require bar services, a $100 holding deposit will be charged at the time of booking. 3 weeks prior to the event a further deposit of 25% will be required.
- Tentative bookings will be held for a maximum of 14 days without payment. If the holding deposit is not received within this time, the booking will be cancelled without notice.
- Bookings will be considered as confirmed upon completion of the function form and payment of the holding deposit. The holding deposit will be retained by Bathurst Golf Club until after the function to protect the club against any loss or damage to the club’s property for which the organiser of the function is financially responsible. The deposit will be returned within seven working days after the conclusion of the function less any charge owing for loss or damage and/or provision of goods and services if applicable.
- Full payment is required 7 days prior to the event. A minimum of 40 guests applies to functions and final attendance numbers must be advised no later than 7 days before the function. Any reduction to numbers subsequent to final number notification will require the full contracted amount to be charged.
